Q. When I try to access a resource (article, book, E-Book) the link is broken or takes me to the wrong page.
First try a different browser. If Firefox does not work, try Chrome. If Chrome does not work, try Firefox. If neither of those work try Internet Explorer or Safari.
If you still can not access the link, then it is most likely a temporary service interruption and will resolve itself shortly.
You may need to try a different computer or restart yours and wait some time (sometimes the network has a mind all its own).
